Board Members

John Horner, a Missoula native, is VP/Commercial Loan Officer for Opportunity Bank. He has more than 25 years in banking, and was the Past President of the Missoula Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He is a graduate of the Western Agriculture Banking School as well as Pacific Coast Banking School.
